We aim to increase public awareness of historic dockyards and related sites and activities; increase access to historic dockyards and related sites; monitor proposed developments at such sites; create links with related bodies in Britain and abroad; coordinate, promote and publish new research; offer assistance to those establishing dockyard heritage sites and act as an international forum for those interested in these themes.
